Cancellations made after that date are subject to the following: for events where tickets and/or meals have been purchased, there are no refunds within 21 days of the tour. For all other day tours, there are no refunds within 10 days of the tours. Multi-Day Tour Cancellation Policy: A full refund will be made for cancellations received at least 45 days prior to the tour date. Cancellations made after that date are subject to the following: for cancellations made 21 – 44 days before the tour, there is a 50% refund. From 7 days to 20 days, the refund is 25%. There are no refunds within 7 days of the tour. With the exception of ship inspections and casino and race track trips, name substitutions are allowed. A Note About Gratuities…in order to alleviate confusion, Trendy Tours offers the following suggestions for gratuities. For your motor coach driver, your bus guide will pass around an envelope toward the end of your day. For day trips, we recommend a minimum of $2.00 per person for your coach driver. If you are on a multi-day trip with luggage pulls, your bus guide will inform you of an appropriate amount. For your step-on, land based, or bus guides, gratuity is at your option. We believe that tipping is a personal preference based on superior service. Your payment confirms your reservation.
